Definition:  the fact or condition of being accountable; responsibility.

 Quote: I think that this quote contains a lot of meaning when it comes to accountability. It says that when it comes to personal accountability, you have to have Mindfulness, Acceptance, Honesty, and Courage. I think that all of these are true because accountability means that you are responsible. You have to be honest and have courage when it comes to being responsible. If you mess something up, you have to have the courage to own up to your mistakes. Accepting your mistakes so that you don't do them again. Being Mindful so that you may attention and to make sure you don't do it again.
